Title Clerk – Contract Position
The successful candidate must possess 5 or more years experience in real estate closings, which should include handling all aspects of a transaction and performing title review. The applicant should possess a commitment to professionalism, an attention to detail, computer proficiency and a proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Title agent license is preferred.

Finance Supervisor
Position Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department. Perform and/or direct Billing, Trust accounting, Accounts Receivable processing, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation and General Ledger functions. Supervise staff and manage workflow.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Associates’ degree in accounting with three years of work experience. Supervision/leadership experience is also required. Must be willing to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to provide back-up to others in the Finance Department and support to the Chief Operating Officer. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is required. Must learn in-house computer accounting program.
Duties:
- Effectively cultivate, mentor, lead and provide support in the professional development of Finance Department staff.
- Distribute work, review and evaluate performance. Promote department standards based on sound accounting and management principles.
- Effectively oversee the daily operations of the department, establishing priorities and observing deadlines.
- Effectively communicate with the attorneys and their staff members to provide the support required from the Finance Department.
- Communicate with clients on billing and Accounts Receivable issues.
- Maintain the General Ledger including entry of adjustments and monthly and annual closeouts. Prepare periodic financial statements.
