Associate

The law firm of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. is seeking a highly qualified attorney for the Corporate, Business and Banking and the Real Estate, Land Use and Development Law Practice Groups in its Center Valley, PA, office. An ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in transactional law, representing entities and individuals in all types of transactions, including particularly real estate finance, acquisitions and sales. Additionally, experience in other real estate related practice areas, including land use and zoning, eminent domain and tax assessment law, is preferable. The successful candidate will be asked to handle small to multi-million dollar transactions for buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders.

Candidates should ideally have experience in as many of the following areas as possible:

  • Seller & buyer due diligence
  • Purchase & Sale agreements
  • Financing, loan documentation and work-out documentation
  • Contract review and negotiation in a wide variety of areas such as leases and licenses

Real Estate Paralegal

The law firm of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. is seeking a full-time real estate paralegal.  The successful candidate should possess 2 or more years experience as a real estate paralegal, which should include handling of residential and commercial transactions and performing title review.  The applicant should possess a commitment to professionalism, an attention to detail, computer proficiency and a proven ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.  Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.  Title agent license is desirable. The firm offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Corporate Paralegal

The law firm of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. is seeking a full-time corporate paralegal. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree and/or a paralegal certificate and have worked five years as a paralegal in a corporate or business capacity.   He or she must have the ability to work under minimal supervision in an organized, efficient and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations relating to corporate law and business entities including S corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships. Duties include drafting corporate documents, performing legal research and filing documents with various governmental departments and agencies, as well as interaction with important firm clients. Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Additional experience as a real estate paralegal is a plus.
