The Firm has an immediate opening for an experienced litigation paralegal. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: No less than 3-4 years paralegal experience, extensive experience with Pennsylvania and New Jersey and Federal court systems, procedures and laws relating to evidence and trial practice. Bankruptcy experience a plus. The candidate must possess knowledge of electronic search technology and relevant databases as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Prior experience in litigation and litigation-related areas (i.e., document control, electronic records, and preparation of deposition summaries, discovery responses, and pleadings) is required. Paralegal certification preferred.
