The law firm of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. is seeking a highly qualified attorney for the Corporate, Business and Banking Law Practice Group in its Center Valley, PA, office. An ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years of experience in transactional law, representing corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships of all types. The successful candidate will be asked to handle small to multi-million dollar transactions for buyers, sellers, investors, lenders and business owners.
Candidates should ideally have experience in as many of the following areas as possible:
- Seller & buyer due diligence
- Stock purchase & sale agreements
- Redemption agreements
- Asset purchase & sale agreements
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Entity formations, including shareholder agreements, operating agreements and partnership agreements
- Private placement of securities
- Financing, loan documentation and work-out documentation
- Contract review and negotiation in a wide variety of areas such as leases, licenses, distribution agreements, independent contractor agreements and manufacturing agreements
- Joint ventures
- Healthcare transactions

Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. is seeking a highly qualified attorney for the Health Law Practice Group in its Center Valley, PA, office. The fast growing practice group counsels hospitals, personal care homes, home health agencies, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health providers, disability service providers and licensed professionals and represents many non-profit, public, and for-profit health care organizations, including some of the largest hospital systems in the region.
Ideal candidate to have 3-5 years of experience in health care matters and Pennsylvania licensure. Candidates with less experience will be considered if they have stellar academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment and interest in the area of health law. Candidates should ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas: Stark, Anti Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, personal care homes, HIPAA/HITECH, Medicare/Medicaid billing and reimbursement, medical staff matters, physician contracting, compliance issues for healthcare providers, hospital/physician alignment issues, provider enrollment / licensing issues, transactional health law issues.
