Anthony S. Rachuba IV, an attorney in the Estate Planning and Administration of Estates and Trusts group at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C., has been invited to speak about taxation issues at an upcoming Penn State University (PSU) seminar.
The program will take place Friday, March 1st from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at PSU’s Center Valley campus, at 2809 Saucon Valley Road. As new tax laws take effect in 2013, confusion about just how much they will impact one’s financial future is rising. Mr. Rachuba will join a panel of professionals representing estate planners, wealth managers, brokerage, and banking who will answer estate planning questions, given the changing landscape in taxation and other “fiscal cliff” issues.
The event is free and open to the public. Registration is required to ensure space availability. To register, call 610-285-5059 or visit Penn State’s web site.
