Jane P. Long is a retired attorney who chaired the firm’s Corporate, Business & Banking practice group for 16 years. Ms. Long’s practice areas included commercial transactions, including commercial real estate, financing, leasing, business entity formation and organization, business acquisitions and sales, and contracts.
