John A. Weiss, Jr. is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation & Trial practice. Mr. Weiss focuses on solving business problems for both for-profit and nonprofit entities, avoiding litigation when possible and successfully prosecuting and defending litigation when necessary. His practice includes commercial litigation, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant law, employment law, appellate litigation, and bankruptcy and creditor’s rights. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Weiss served as a law clerk for the Honorable Marie E. Lihotz, Presiding Judge in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court.
