Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba Hires 2 New Associates
Center Valley, Pa. – February 26, 2008 – Two new attorneys recently joined the Lehigh Valley law firm of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C., bringing the total number of lawyers at the firm to 22.
Anthony S. Rachuba, IV, joined the firm as an associate attorney. Mr. Rachuba is a 2001 graduate of the Villanova University School of Law where he was a member of the Moot Court and Corporate Law Society. In 2004, Mr. Rachuba went on to receive his LL.M. from the same school. He received his B.A. from Mount Saint Mary’s University in 1998.
Mr. Rachuba is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a resident of Doylestown, Pennsylvania and a member of the Bucks County Bar Association and the Bucks and Lehigh County Estate Planning Councils. His practice areas include estate planning, probate and estate/trust administration, and taxation.
J. Bryan Tuk also recently joined the firm as an associate in the Business, Banking and Corporate department. Mr. Tuk is a 2000 graduate of Temple University School of Law, where he was Senior Note/Comment Editor for the Political and Civil Rights Law Review. Mr. Tuk received a B.S. from West Chester University in 1996. Mr. Tuk is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and his practice areas include commercial transactions, real estate, real estate finance and corporate law.
