Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba Shareholder to Speak at Zoning and Land Use Seminar
Center Valley, Pa. – February 28, 2008 – Catherine E. N. Durso, shareholder of the Lehigh Valley law firm, Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C., will speak in Allentown on March 5th at a seminar presented by Lorman Education Services. The seminar, Zoning and Land Use in Pennsylvania, will cover zoning and subdivision, updates on recent land use and zoning decisions, exactions, dedications and impact fees, environmental due diligence and environmental permitting. The event will be held at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Allentown from
9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Ms. Durso is a cum laude graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and a magna cum laude graduate of Saint Bonaventure University. Ms. Durso practices in the areas of telecommunication corporations in all phases of zoning, subdivision, leasing and related business matters. Ms. Durso has received approvals for over 200 wireless communication facilities in the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania. She has handled land use appeals before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and various court of Common Pleas, as well as the Middle and Eastern Districts of the U.S. District Court of Pennsylvania. Ms. Durso is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) – Lehigh Valley Chapter, and was named a Rising Star by Law & Politics in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
