Shareholder From Lehigh Valley Law Firm to Speak at Hospitals and Health Law Systems Law Institute
January 29, 2008 – Center Valley, Pennsylvania – Joseph A. Bubba, shareholder and chair of the Health Care division of the regional law firm, Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C., will speak February 14, 2008 in Orlando, Florida at a program presented by the American Health Lawyers Association . The Hospitals and Health Systems Law Institute is designed to address new and emerging legal issues for hospitals and health care institutions. Mr. Bubba’s presentation, titled “Welcome to the Gray Area of Data Bank Reports,” will discuss the practical and legal issues of submission of Data Bank reports in various unique situations. The practical session will provide the practitioner with take-away suggestions to assist in the reporting process.
Mr. Bubba received his B.S. degree from Villanova University and his
J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a
frequent speaker for various professional and health care associations
and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the
American Bar Association’s Health Section. Mr. Bubba’s
health care practice concentrates on physician-hospital relationships
and physician practices and medical staff matters. He represents hospitals,
medical staffs, ambulatory surgical centers and other health care
clients. Mr. Bubba’s other practice areas include real estate,
land development and corporate law.
