Commercial Leasing Seminar Hosted by Law Firm
September 26, 2008 – Allentown, Pennsylvania – Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C., recently hosted a business seminar at Lehigh Country Club. The seminar, "Leasing Strategies in Today’s Economy," was offered to a select group of clients, advisors and friends of the law firm.
The more than 30 guests learned about lease provisions – those that work and those that don’t – from J. Bryan Tuk, Associate in the Corporate, Business & Banking department. Mike Nesfeder, Shareholder in the Litigation Department, discussed the enforcement of commercial leases, including landlord options and tenant defenses. Litigation Department Chair, Doug Smillie, finished the seminar by presenting bankruptcy issues and strategies for when the tenant or landlord files bankruptcy.
