Shareholder Speaks at Tax Forum
November 12, 2008 – Bethlehem, Pennsylvania – Albertina D. Lombardi, Shareholder at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, was a presenter at the 49th Annual Tax Forum held at Lehigh University on November 12, 2008. The Lehigh University College of Business and Economics, in cooperation with the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants presented the forum, which awarded continuing education credits to CPAs and attorneys.
Ms. Lombardi spoke specifically about corporate breakups and changes in the Realty Transfer Tax.
Ms. Lombardi is a shareholder in the Estate Planning and Administration department. She represents small first-time entrepreneurs and sophisticated business owners with multiple business ownership interests and investments.
Her practice area also includes commercial, corporate and general business law including entity selection and the establishment and tax aspects of business entities, traditional and non-traditional financing, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation structures, business succession planning and non-profit organizations.
