Attorneys present “The ABC’s of Condominium Law” to State Surveyors Group
January 26, 2009 – Hershey, Pennsylvania – Erich J. Schock, Chair of the Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba’s Real Estate Group, and Steven T. Boell spoke at the 2009 Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The attorneys conducted a three-hour presentation entitled, “The ABC’s of Condominium Law” that provided attendees with an overview of Pennsylvania's condominium law and practical advice regarding the surveyor’s role in the condominium formation process.
As part of the firm's Real Estate Group, Mr. Schock and Mr. Boell regularly represent clients with regard to the formation and continued operation of condominiums and other common interest communities. In addition, their practices involve significantly the representation of individuals and entities in real estate development, land use and zoning matters.
