Lawyers from Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba Again Named to "Super" List
June 9, 2009 – Center Valley, Pennsylvania – Two lawyers from the firm have again been recognized by Law & Politics as Super Lawyers. Joseph A. Fitzpatrick, Jr. and Douglas J. Smillie have been selected as Super Lawyers for 2009. Super Lawyers is an annual listing of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Polling, research and selection are performed by Law & Politics and the list is published in Super Lawyers magazine and Philadelphia Magazine. Since 2004, six FLB lawyers – more than any other Lehigh Valley law firm - have been recognized as Super Lawyers:

Those attorneys named to the Super Lawyers list are asked to vote for the best attorneys who are either 40 or under or who have been practicing 10 or fewer years. These Rising Stars represent 2.5 percent of the best up-an-coming attorneys in the state and are named to the Rising Stars list. Kate Durso has been recognized as a Rising Star in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Erich Schock was recognized in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
