Client Survey Yields Extremely Positive Results
Firm Continues Commitment to Customer Service
September 29, 2009 – Center Valley, Pennsylvania – Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba recently conducted its first client satisfaction survey. Handlon Business Resources administered the survey to a sampling of law firm clients so that the firm could measure client satisfaction. “The results confirmed that an overwhelming majority of our clients are pleased with the law firm. We will continue to emphasize our commitment to customer service throughout our organization,” stated Joe Bubba, Managing Shareholder. “Being responsive to our clients’ needs is of the utmost importance to us and our clients.”
To thank clients for completing the survey, the firm made a contribution to the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation.
