Estate Planning & Administration Department Issues Letter Highlighting Estate Tax Changes
February 11, 2010 – Center Valley, Pennsylvania – Edward J. Lentz, Senior Shareholder and Chair of the Estate Planning and Administration department of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C., recently issued a letter highlighting the 2010 changes to the federal estate tax rules. In addition, the letter outlines expected changes for 2011.
The letter encourages clients to review current estate plans and determine what changes need to be made to minimize taxes and to "reduce the possibility of family conflicts in these uncertain times."
