Firm Wins Approval of Land Development for Walmart
May 18, 2010 – Center Valley, Pennsylvania – Representatives of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba received approval of the preliminary land development plan for Walmart from the North Whitehall Township Board of Supervisors. After more than two years of meetings and plan reviews, the Supervisors unanimously approved the plan with conditions acceptable to Wal-Mart. The decision was recently reported in The Morning Call.
