Kamber Recently Presented "Social Media and Acceptable Use Policies" to Human Resource Professionals
June 8, 2010 – Bethlehem, Pennsylvania – Deirdre J. Kamber, associate attorney in the Labor and Employment group at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, spoke at the Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM) Lehigh Valley Chapter's June meeting. The presentation, "Social Media and Acceptable Use Policies" addressed some of the legal and human resource issues that arise with controlling, and, ultimately, strategically utilizing, social networking programs to an employer's advantage.
