Deirdre Kamber to Present at Pennsylvania SHRM State Conference
September 8, 2010 – Center Valley, Pennsylvania – Deirdre J. Kamber, associate attorney in the Labor and Employment, Litigation and Health Care groups at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, will speak at the Pennsylvania Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM) state conference later this month. The conference, to be held in State College, Pennsylvania on September 27 and 28, is entitled "HR’s Role on the Road to Economic Recovery." Ms. Kamber’s presentation, "The Times, They are A’Changin’: The Latest Case Law on Cloud Computing, Social Media, and Electronic Records…and What to Do About it," will address best practices for companies on social media, social networking and managing electronic record storage.
