FLB Attorneys Publish Eminent Domain Article in Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal
July 22, 2011 – Center Valley, Pennsylvania – An article authored by Joseph A. Fitzpatrick, Jr., and Steven T. Boell, attorneys in the real estate group at Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, was published in the July edition of Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal, the bi-monthly newspaper covering real estate news in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. The feature article, "What are your rights when government wants to take your property?" explains the process of eminent domain in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
