Manufacturer organization features FL&B Attorney at Law Summit
July 25, 2011 – Center Valley, Pennsylvania – FL&B attorney Deirdre Kamber Todd will share her employment law expertise with attendees at The NEPA Manufacturers and Employers Association (MAEA)'s Annual Labor and Employment Law Summit. The event will be held on September 22, 2011, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Top of the 80's in Hazleton, Pennsylvania.
Summit attendees, including human resources professionals who work in the manufacturing industry, will attend two sessions led by Todd: "Legal Tools for Using Social Media and Internet to Better Your Business," a session on policies, contracts, and procedures for social media, and "Dotting Your 'I's and Crossing Your 'T's: Improving Your Workforce through Meaningful Training," a program on training and handbooks.
The MAEA is a private, non-profit, membership-based organization that currently serves more than 250 member companies in PA's Carbon, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northumberland and Schuylkill Counties. Founded in 1964, MAEA's mission is to provide information and services to members that help them grow their businesses and better serve their communities.
