Law firm expands corporate, business & banking practice
September 6, 2011 – Center Valley, Pennsylvania – Jonathan L. Foley has joined Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. (FL&B), as an associate attorney in the Corporate, Business & Banking group. The addition of Mr. Foley brings the total number of attorneys at the law firm to 28.
Mr. Foley is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He earned his Bachelor's degrees from The Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the Washington and Lee University School of Law. Foley is fluent in German and participated in a summer program at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany. Foley was Senior Articles Editor of the German Law Journal, and was a student law intern at the school's Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. In 2010, Foley completed a summer internship at FL&B, following an internship for The Hon. Richard E. Fehling of the United States Bankruptcy Court, in Reading, PA. Foley also served as an intern in the Office of Research and Analysis at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board in Washington, D.C.
