Estates Department Issues Letter Reminding Clients of Changes in the Federal Estate and Gift Tax Law
January 24, 2012 – Center Valley, Pennsylvania – The Estate Planning and Administration department of Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, Edward J. Lentz, James A. Bartholomew, Albertina D. Lombardi and Anthony S. Rachuba, IV, recently issued a letter reminding clients about the major changes in the gift, estate and generation-skipping tax laws. The letter encourages clients to review their current estate planning goals and plans, particularly if the existing plan includes a Family Trust. Wealthier clients are also reminded to consider making significant gifts in 2012.
