Joseph A. Bubba, founding member and managing partner and chair of the Healthcare Group, will be speaking at the 22nd Annual Health Law Institute Seminar on March 15-16 from 8:30 AM to 4:35 PM. This event, held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is designed to keep public and private health law sectors up to date on the latest developments, regulatory changes and future news in the healthcare industry.
Mr. Bubba will be discussing the medical staff corrective action and hearing process from the view of a hearing officer to provide practical guidance to counsel for physicians and hospitals involved in this unique and somewhat difficult-to-navigate process.
