Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. (FLB) hosted “Industry Trends in the Structure of Business Acquisitions” seminar on Thursday, February 25 at the Lehigh Valley Country Club.

Joseph A. Bubba and Colin Keefe led the session, attended by more than 50 local business owners and their professional advisors. Mr. Bubba and Mr. Keefe discussed the “anatomy of the deal” and provided practical guidance to ensure a successful transaction.
