Michael Nesfeder, shareholder and attorney in the Firm’s Litigation group, will speak at the “Landlord-Tenant Law: From Lease to Eviction” seminar on April 5 at the Wingate by Wyndham in Allentown.
This event, hosted by Sterling Education Services Inc., will educate attendees on the entire renting process from signing the lease to evicting tenants. Attendees will learn how to protect themselves before they are caught in the middle of litigation.
Mr. Nesfeder will discuss the process of evicting tenants. Landlords will learn how to terminate the tenancy and the legal actions necessary to create a successful case.
Mr. Nesfeder is a shareholder and in the Firm’s Litigation group. His practice includes civil litigation, plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and commercial landlord-tenant matters.
