Recent Projects and Accomplishments
- Argued for summary judgment on behalf of one of the United States' largest insurance intermediaries in a case involving a significant claim of damages pending in a state's Superior Court, Law Division
- Successfully represented an automobile dealer that was sued for employment discrimination in federal court
- Obtained a favorable decision in Commonwealth Court on behalf of a newspaper client, in which a school district denied the request of a newspaper made under the Right to Know Law for certain e-mails of school board members and administrators for a one-month time period
- Represented a local bank whose customer filed a lender liability action in a county's Court of Common Pleas
