Landlord/Tenant Litigation

Our experienced attorneys handle commercial and residential landlord/tenant cases, financing, eviction and similar issues, as well as related contract disputes.  We help our clients understand the role that state and federal law play in responsible management protocol and implementation.  We seek to reduce the number of disputes as well as the risk of litigation.

Collections

We routinely assist our landlord clients in addressing outstanding and delinquent accounts.  Our clients include landlords, banks, small businesses, homeowners associations and other entities whose collection needs range from the initial demand letter for payment to post-judgment execution and garnishment.  Our attorneys are well-versed in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and work aggressively within its parameters to both obtain and collect on judgments.
