Joe Bubba & Steve Boell Successfully Negotiated & Implemented Pharmaceutical Vendor Agreement
March 8, 2010 — Joseph A. Bubba and Steven T. Boell recently represented a large community health system with regard to the negotiation and implementation of a multi-million dollar pharmaceutical vendor agreement with a Fortune 100 company. In addition to significantly complicated business terms, the agreement required compliance with both state and federal law, including, but not limited to federal fraud and abuse laws.
