Joe Bubba & Steve Boell represented local health care facility through investigation by the PA department of environmental protection
March 18, 2010 — Joseph A. Bubba and Steven T. Boell recently represented a local health care facility through an investigation by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for purported violations of the Radiation Protection Act. Representation included assisting the facility through the investigation, designing a compliance program and assisting with the negotiation of a Consent Order and Agreement.
