projects, working closely with local and state government agencies

land use and development practice. Significant real estate transactions
are handled in conjunction with the firm’s business practice,
particularly in the areas of real estate acquisitions and sales, financing,
leasing and construction matters. However, we also assist individuals
with sales and purchases of their homes. Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba
is a fully authorized title agent, providing title services for commercial
and residential real estate transactions.
We handle real estate assessment challenges and related hearings for individual and corporate property owners, as well as condemnation matters. One of the largest reductions in assessed valuation of property in Pennsylvania history was accomplished on behalf of a Fortune 500 client, as a result of an assessment appeal trial handled by our firm. |
