Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba is pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2025, Attorneys Anthony P. Beltrami and Frank N. D’Amore have been made Shareholders of the firm.

Sonny is an attorney in the firm’s Estate Planning & Administration of Estates & Trusts and Corporate, Business & Banking Groups. In addition to helping individuals and families prepare common estate planning documents, he assists high net worth clients with advanced estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning. He regularly represents business owners by preparing buy-sell and other ownership agreements, facilitating the transfer or sale of businesses to family members or key employees and assisting with corporate governance. Having earned his designation as a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®, Mr. Beltrami also aids clients with charitable planning wishes and opportunities. In 2024, he was named one of “Forty Under 40” by Lehigh Valley Business, and most recently, he was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers – Rising Star Edition.
“Sonny began his career at FLB in our Summer Associate program, and we consider ourselves fortunate that he stayed at FLB to pursue his career,” says Erich. “From the outset Sonny showed interest in joining our Estate and Trusts Group, and his addition adds yet even more depth to that practice area.”
Frank is a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Land Use, and Development practice. With a robust passion for the field, Mr. D’Amore focuses on navigating complex land use disputes and litigation. His practice is particularly concentrated on land use, zoning, eminent domain, adverse possession, and tax-sale related matters such as upset sales, judicial sales, and quiet title actions. As a civil litigator, he has adeptly represented clients before the Office of Open Records, Court of Common Pleas, Commonwealth Court, and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. His acumen is especially critical in times of regulatory shifts, where he guides clients through the nuances of compliance and land use with a keen understanding of the evolving legal landscape.
“Frank is a critical member of our zoning and land development team,” says Erich. “In addition, he can handle a wide swath of other real estate-related matters and already is carving out a niche in the tax sale arena on a statewide basis and helping grow FLB’s new Energy and Infrastructure Group.”
