Alexander G. Osevala is an attorney in the Firm’s Corporate, Business & Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Groups. Building on his prior experience at a large national law firm, Mr. Osevala’s primary practice area involves assisting clients with various business and corporate matters such as entity selection and formation, mergers and acquisitions, and general contracting drafting and review. He also assists clients with asset purchases and sales.
When he’s not advising clients, Mr. Osevala enjoys traveling with his wife, playing golf and perfecting his cooking skills.
