Alyssa M. Bruno is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and employment law. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Bruno counsels clients on a range of transactional and brand management matters, including contract negotiations; copyright/trademark registrations; trademark oppositions; distribution agreements; and marketing agreements.
