Mr. Amin’s primary practice area involves assisting clients with various business and corporate matters such as entity selection and formation, mergers and acquisitions, and general contracting drafting and review. He also assists clients with asset purchases and sales. In his healthcare practice, Mr. Amin counsels clients in various business and real estate transactions, including vendor contract drafting and review, acquisitions and sales, and leasing.
