John L. Krajsa III is an attorney in the Firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development group and Corporate, Business, and Banking group. His practice primarily focuses on land use, development, zoning and land development issues and submissions. In addition, Mr. Krajsa assists clients with the formation of charitable and non-profit organizations, including qualification of tax-exempt status. Mr. Krajsa also has a background in litigation and insurance defense where he has assisted major auto carriers and property owners in complex litigation matters. With this background, Mr. Krajsa has a unique perspective on commercial and residential real estate transactions.

A native of the Lehigh Valley, Mr. Krajsa enjoys being active in his church and community. Prior to practicing law, he worked in his local family business where he learned the importance of placing the client first.
