Vanessa Ruggiero is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation & Trial, Employment Law & Labor Relations, and Corporate, Business and Banking practice areas. Ms. Ruggiero’s practice involves providing advisory and litigation support on various matters including corporate governance, business reorganization, entity restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional and trial-related matters.

Ms. Ruggiero’s undergraduate background in Business & Economics combined with her prior international corporate work experience provide her with the perspective needed to understand client’s complex global business needs. As part of a professional development program, Ms. Ruggiero served as the North American representative for an international corporation at a Global Team Summit. She has also led training to implement a Global Procurement Initiative for colleagues in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

As a committed member of the local community, prior to law school Ms. Ruggiero worked as an extracurricular coach at a Lehigh Valley high school and has participated in many other local volunteering opportunities since.
