What You’ll Do
- Guide families through the probate and estate administration process
- Prepare and file court documents
- Prepare Federal and Pennsylvania estate, inheritance and gift tax returns
- Coordinate asset transfers, including retirement accounts and financial instruments
- Draft and review accountings, receipts and releases
- Work closely with attorneys and clients to keep matters moving efficiently
What You Bring
- Paralegal Certificate
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania estate law
- Excellent attention to detail, organization and initiative
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office; Lackner experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines confidently

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, edit and format estate and trust documents and correspondence
- Manage client files and maintain accurate records
