What You’ll Do

Responsibilities will vary based on experience and practice area, but may include:

• Represent clients in a wide range of legal matters, including transactional work, counseling, and/or litigation
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients
• Manage cases or transactions from inception through resolution
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

What You Bring

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission (Pennsylvania preferred; additional jurisdictions a plus)
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to client service, professionalism, and integrity
