What You’ll Do

  • Guide families through the probate and estate administration process
  • Prepare and file court documents
  • Prepare Federal and Pennsylvania estate, inheritance and gift tax returns
  • Coordinate asset transfers, including retirement accounts and financial instruments
  • Draft and review accountings, receipts and releases
  • Work closely with attorneys and clients to keep matters moving efficiently

What You Bring

  • Paralegal Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania estate law
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and initiative
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office; Lackner experience a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines confidently

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants long-term growth in one of the most rewarding areas of law.


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare, edit and format estate and trust documents and correspondence
  • Manage client files and maintain accurate records
  • Track deadlines and maintain calendars for attorneys and paralegals
  • Assist with billing, time entry, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate communications with clients, courts and financial institutions
  • Support estate and trust administration tasks from document gathering to follow-ups


What You Bring

  • Administrative or legal assistant experience in estates
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to stay ahead of deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, legal and transcription software
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
