Emerson B. Marles is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate, Business & Banking, Real Estate, Land Use & Development, and Employment Law & Labor Relations groups. He assists businesses and employers with various business and corporate matters such as entity selection and formation, general contracting drafting and review, and employee handbook review. Mr. Marles also supports his commercial real estate clients with transactional support. He began his career with Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba as a summer associate in 2023.
Outside of work, Mr. Marles enjoys spending time with friends and family, notably doing outdoor activities like skiing and camping.
