The ideal candidate brings commercial real estate and/or land use experience and wants to be part of the region’s go-to team for commercial and residential development.
What You’ll Do
- Handle real estate acquisitions and sales
- Represent owners and developers in land use, zoning and development matters
- Manage commercial leasing matters
- Assist with tax assessment and exemption issues
- Support eminent domain and infrastructure-related matters
What You Bring
- Active member of the PA Bar (NJ Bar a plus)
- 2–6 years of relevant commercial real estate experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Strong writing, analytical and organizational skills
