Thomas Schlegel, shareholder and attorney in the Firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development and Corporate, Business & Banking groups, will be speaking at Northampton County Bar Association’s (NCBA) Lunch Lecture on April 27 at 12:00 PM.
The event will be held at the NCBA Office at 155 South Ninth Street, Easton, Pennsylvania. Mr. Schlegel will discuss residential real estate transactions for non real estate lawyers. He will educate attendees on the importance of understanding unexpected pitfalls that occur in contract formation, due diligence and closing to avoid needless costs and potential liability.
Mr. Schlegel is a shareholder in the Firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development and Corporate, Business & Banking groups. Mr. Schlegel’s practice includes land use, development and zoning, the sale, purchase and leasing of real estate, business and commercial law including financing, contracts, and shareholder dispute resolution, banking law including front-end loan documentation and back-end workout, intellectual property law including trademarks and copyrights, Pennsylvania oil and gas law, and Pennsylvania liquor law.
