As noted by Lehigh Valley Business, incentives at both state and federal levels, as well as trends in AI and manufacturing, are expected to bring more energy and infrastructure projects to PA. Out-of-town developers and investors can benefit from FLB’s knowledge and ability to serve as local counsel.
