The Summer Associate Opportunity

This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in a range of commercial and personal law matters.

This isn’t a program where you’ll spend the summer buried in research memos (though yes, you’ll do some of that, too). You’ll sit in on trials, depositions, and real estate closings. You’ll join client meetings, contribute to live matters across commercial and personal law, and get a real seat at the table for firm events and social happenings along the way. Every Summer Associate is paired with attorney mentors who are genuinely invested in your growth — not just checking a box.

The Program

  • Full-time, minimum 10 weeks
  • Starts late May, wraps in August (flexible based on your academic calendar)
  • Based in the Lehigh Valley, PA

What You'll Do

  • Get to know our clients — their businesses, their priorities, how they think
  • Research, analyze, and organize the facts and documents that drive each matter
  • Draft legal documents for attorney review
  • Build working knowledge of the statutes, case law, and procedures in your assigned practice areas
  • Help identify the issues, needs, and next steps in active legal proceedings
  • Take on other projects as they come up — because that’s how real practice works

Who We're Looking For

  • Completed two years of law school at an accredited institution by start date
  • Strong academic record
  • Curious, collaborative, and ready to dig in
