Kendra L. Eden is an attorney in the Firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development, Corporate, Business & Banking and Healthcare practice areas. Ms. Eden’s practice includes transactional and litigation-related work. She prepares commercial leases, purchase agreements, and operating agreements, among other transactional documents.
