Abodalo have joined the Firm as Associates. Their hiring is part of an ongoing long-term strategic growth and expansion plan, aimed at strengthening the Firm’s core business areas.

“While 2020 has been a challenging year, we’ve kept our eye on recruiting and developing talent as well as growing our key practice areas to best serve our clients,” said Joseph A. Bubba, FLB’s Co-Managing Shareholder. “Sonny and Justin are going to be excellent additions to our team.”

Sonny Beltrami is an attorney in the Firm’s Estate Planning & Administration of Estates & Trusts; Corporate, Business & Banking; and Real Estate, Land Use & Development Groups. His practice primarily focuses on estate planning, administration of estates and trusts, taxation, fiduciary and beneficiary representation, and business succession planning. Mr. Beltrami assists in the charitable area, the closely-held business area, the estate tax, gift tax and generation-skipping transfer tax areas and other complex estate planning areas. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Moravian College and his Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.

Justin K. Abodalo is an attorney in the Firm’s Corporate, Business & Banking; Mergers & Acquisitions; and Taxation Groups. Building on his prior experience at a Big 4 CPA Firm, Mr. Abodalo’s practice primarily focuses on assisting clients with various business, transactional and tax matters. He also handles complex business and federal, local and state tax matters such as income tax planning, tax controversy assistance, sales tax exposure management, restructuring regarding acquisitions and organization simplifications. He earned Bachelor’s degrees in Law & Society/ Middle Eastern Studies from Hood College, his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Catholic University Columbus School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
