Joshua L. Haney is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation & Trial and Employment Law & Labor Relations practice groups. He supports the firm’s commercial litigation work by drafting pleadings and conducting research for trials. In his employment practice, he helps employers craft employee non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and policies for employee handbooks. Regardless of what he’s working on, he seeks to provide concise and direct information in a timely manner, ensuring clients’ needs are concerns are met and addressed. He began his career with Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba as a summer associate in 2024.
Outside of work, Mr. Haney enjoys cooking, traveling and playing volleyball.
