Kevin P. Regan is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation & Trial and Family Law practice groups. As a divorce and civil litigation lawyer, he leverages his extensive trial experience to navigate clients through highly emotional and legally complex family law matters, and to vigorously advocate in civil disputes in and out of the courtroom.
With more than two decades of legal experience, Mr. Regan handles all aspects of divorce cases, including, but not limited to, separation agreements, alimony and spousal support, equitable property division, child custody and parental rights, and child support, visitation, and relocation disputes. His experience in handling mediation, litigation, custody/support matters, and high conflict and high net worth divorces allows him to confidently counsel and advocate for clients until a successful outcome is achieved.
As a civil litigator, he helps individuals resolve their cases through settlement or trial, leveraging his significant trial skills to place his clients in the best position to achieve positive results. He strives to provide all his clients with effective, compassionate, and personalized legal services. His proficiency in the courtroom is highly regarded by his peers and judges alike. Mr. Regan also represents clients in personal injury and criminal defense matters, having the mindset that good people have bad days. From DUIs to misdemeanors and petty crimes, he helps individuals move forward from their indiscretions and mistakes.
Prior to joining FLB, Mr. Regan founded Regan Law Firm in Allentown, PA. He also practiced law at a Lansdale law firm and served as an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County. As an ADA, he was cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Safe Streets Program, which allowed him to prosecute firearms cases in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Court of Common Pleas.
