We congratulate Attorney Mark Stanziola on being elected Lehigh County Judge for Court of Common Pleas. He will transition into his new role in January 2026.
Attorney Stanziola joined FLB’s Family Law group in 2023, bringing more than three decades of experience in representing clients in complex no-fault divorce, custody, and child/spousal support cases. He has served as a Custody Master in the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas, and as a Custody Hearing Officer in Monroe County, helping families resolve disputes.
“Mark has the perfect temperament for the bench—thoughtful, measured, and patient with everyone he encounters,” says Lauren L. Sorrentino, Chair of the Firm’s Family Law practice. “While we will miss our colleague and trusted sounding board, we know he will bring the same wisdom and integrity to serving the people of Lehigh County.”

Outside the courtroom, Mr. Stanziola is active in the community. He is a founding member of the Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center, where he established the organization’s Legal Clinic to ensure underserved populations have access to legal resources. He also served on the Executive Committee of Church Council at The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit in Emmaus and was actively involved with Pinebrook Services for Children and Youth, Pride of the Greater Lehigh Valley, and North Penn Legal Services.
Mr. Stanziola was highly recommended by the Bar Association of Lehigh County (BALC).
We wish Mark well in his new role and are grateful for the time he practiced at FLB! He will be greatly missed by his colleagues.
