Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. (FLB) is pleased to announce that attorneys Alyssa M. Bruno, Deven A. Amin, Stephanie Henao and William D. Rathbone have joined the Firm as Associates. Their hiring is part of a long-term strategic growth and expansion plan, aimed at strengthening the Firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, Litigation and Healthcare Groups.

Ms. Bruno is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation & Trial practice. Her practice areas focus on commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and employment law. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Bruno counsels clients on a range of transactional and brand management matters, including contract negotiations; copyright/trademark registrations; trademark oppositions; distribution agreements; and marketing agreements. Ms. Bruno previously worked as a Litigation Associate in New Jersey. She earned a B.S. in Marketing from the University of South Carolina and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
Mr. Amin is an attorney in the Firm’s Corporate, Business & Banking and Healthcare groups. He routinely assists clients with a wide range of business and corporate law matters, as well as managing transactions specific to the healthcare industry. Mr. Amin previously was a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Emil Giordano and The Honorable Michael J. Koury, Jr., Northampton Court of Common Pleas. He earned a B.B.A. in Health Sector Management and Policy from the University of Miami and a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Ms. Henao is an attorney in the Firm’s Corporate, Business & Banking Group. Ms. Henao’s practice area is commercial transactions, including financing and loan documentation; asset purchases and sales; entity selection, formation and organization; and general contract drafting and review. Ms. Henao was previously an associate at Brigard & Castro IP Lawyers in Bogota, Colombia. She earned a Law Degree from Universidad del Rosario in Bogota, Colombia and then a J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She is fluent in Spanish.
Mr. Rathbone is an attorney in the Firm’s Real Estate, Land Use & Development practice. His practice areas include land use, development, zoning and land development issues and submissions. Mr. Rathbone also handles commercial and residential real estate transactions. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Temple University and a J.D. Villanova University School of Law.
