Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba’s Litigation & Trial Practice welcomes two attorneys to the team – Kevin P. Regan and Wesley J. Hurst. Together they will offer representation to individuals, families and businesses in the Greater Lehigh Valley.

With more than two decades practicing law, Kevin Regan leverages his extensive trial experience to navigate clients through highly emotional and legally complex family law matters, and to vigorously advocate in civil disputes in and out of the courtroom. In addition to handling mediation, litigation, custody/support matters, and high conflict and high net worth divorces, he offers counsel to individuals facing general civil court matters. Having the mindset that good people have bad days, he represents individuals facing DUIs, misdemeanors, and petty crimes to help them move forward from their indiscretions and mistakes.
Wesley Hurst is a commercial litigator, primarily helping businesses and business owners navigate regulatory compliance, business law, and landlord/tenant matters, as well as Pennsylvania Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement violations. He is adept at recommending practical and long-term solutions, as well as communicating clearly with his clients.
