Three Newly Barred Attorneys Join FLB

2025 FLB newly barred attorneys

Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. (FLB) is pleased to share that three attorneys have joined the firm. Maxwell Allanson-Dundon, Callan Charlesworth, and Joshua Haney passed the Pennsylvania bar exam in fall 2025 and are now licensed to practice, helping to serve businesses and individuals in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Maxwell Allanson-Dundon is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation & Trial practice group. Whether he’s helping individuals in civil trials or businesses in complex commercial disputes, he seeks to serve all clients with empathy and honesty. He finds litigation work to be very fulfilling, providing direct and quick support to others. 

Callan “Callie” I. Charlesworth is an Associate in the firm’s Estate Planning & Administration of Estates & Trusts Group. Her practice primarily focuses on drafting and executing various estate documents, including Wills, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Trustee Appointment and Renunciation, Receipt, Release, Refunding and Indemnification Agreements, and Power of Attorney Revocation. When estate clients require litigation support, Ms. Charlesworth ensures a deep understanding of estate law and past precedent to optimize advocacy and representation.

Joshua L. Haney is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation & Trial and Employment Law & Labor Relations practice groups. He supports the firm’s commercial litigation work by drafting pleadings and conducting research for trials. In his employment practice, he helps employers craft employee non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and policies for employee handbooks. Regardless of what he’s working on, he seeks to provide concise and direct information in a timely manner, ensuring clients’ needs are concerns are met and addressed. 

Mr. Allanson-Dundon and Mr. Haney participated in the firm’s Summer Associate Program in 2025. During the 10-week session, 2L or 3L students gain hands-on experience in a range of commercial and personal law matters. Activities include attending trials, depositions, real estate closings, client meetings, and various firm events and social activities. Associates are paired with mentors who provide added guidance and advice throughout the program.
